Seemore Global, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts ("Seemore Global"), requires all Participants to agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this legally binding Registration & Liability Agreement before completing registration for the Craft the Leather Tuscan Residency 2026.

Notice: Participation is restricted to individuals aged 18 years or older. By completing registration and acknowledging this Agreement, Participants affirm compliance with all terms outlined below.

Terms & Conditions Acknowledgment

By checking this box and submitting my registration, I hereby acknowledge, agree, and confirm the following:

1. Program Details and Fee Responsibility

I am registering for the Craft the Leather Tuscan Residency 2026, a 7-day immersive leather craft and design education program in San Miniato, Tuscany, Italy, from October 4 to October 10, 2026, hosted by Seemore Global, LLC, in formal partnership with the Consorzio Vera Pelle Italiana Conciata al Vegetale.

I understand that the program fee is $5,495 USD and that I am responsible for making full payment at the time of registration.

I further understand that I am responsible for my own travel arrangements, including international airfare, transportation to and from San Miniato, and any required visas or travel documentation.

2. Mandatory Travel Insurance

I agree to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers:

• Trip cancellation or interruption

• Medical emergencies and evacuation

• Lost or delayed baggage

• Workshop and craft-related activities

I understand that proof of travel insurance must be provided to Seemore Global no later than 30 days prior to October 4, 2026. Failure to provide proof of insurance may result in the cancellation of my registration without refund.

3. Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that participation in the Craft the Leather Tuscan Residency 2026 involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Physical injury or illness resulting from travel, hands-on leather workshops, tannery visits, cultural excursions, or other activities — Exposure to materials and tools used in leather craft production, including cutting implements, dyes, tannins, and chemical agents used in vegetable-tanning processes — Loss or damage to personal property during the program — Unexpected changes to the itinerary due to weather, political instability, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events

I assume full responsibility for these risks and agree to participate voluntarily, understanding that Seemore Global cannot guarantee my safety during participation.

4. Liability Waiver

I hereby release and hold harmless Seemore Global, LLC, its owners, members, managers, employees, agents, instructors, partner organizations including the Consorzio Vera Pelle Italiana Conciata al Vegetale, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of or related to:

• Injuries, illnesses, or accidents sustained during the program — Exposure to materials, tools, or substances used in leather craft and tannery activities — Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings — Changes to the program itinerary or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond Seemore Global's reasonable control

I understand that Seemore Global is not responsible for any third-party expenses I incur, including but not limited to airfare, visa fees, travel insurance premiums, or other non-refundable travel arrangements.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

I acknowledge that the following cancellation policy applies to my registration:

Participant-Initiated Cancellations:

Prior to August 1, 2026: Registration may be transferred to another qualified participant with a minimum of 30 days written notice. A $250 administrative transfer fee applies.

• After August 1, 2026: No refund will be provided. Registration is non-transferable after this date.

Seemore Global-Initiated Cancellations:

Seemore Global reserves the right to cancel or postpone the program under the following circumstances:

• Force majeure events including natural disasters, political unrest, public health emergencies, or travel advisories issued by the US Department of State

• Insufficient enrollment

• Unavailability of key instructors or the master craftsman

• Loss of venue access at Santa Chiara Conservatory

In the event of a Seemore Global-initiated cancellation, Participants will receive a full refund of the program fee, minus any non-refundable expenses already incurred by Seemore Global on the Participant's behalf.

Seemore Global is not responsible for any additional costs Participants may incur, including airfare, visa fees, or third-party travel arrangements.

6. Group Discount Policy

Group rates may be available for organizations registering two or more participants. Group discount inquiries must be directed to hello@seemoreglobal.com prior to registration. Group discount terms are established on a case-by-case basis and must be confirmed in writing by Seemore Global before registration is completed.

7. Program Conduct

I agree to conduct myself in a manner respectful of fellow participants, instructors, artisans, Consortium staff, and the local community of San Miniato. I understand that Seemore Global reserves the right to remove any participant from the program for conduct deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe, without refund.

8. Medical Release

I confirm that I am in good physical and mental health and capable of participating in all activities associated with the Craft the Leather Tuscan Residency 2026, including standing for extended periods during workshop sessions, visiting tannery facilities, and participating in outdoor excursions.

In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Seemore Global staff to seek medical assistance on my behalf. I agree to assume full financial responsibility for any medical treatment or services rendered during the program.

I agree to disclose to Seemore Global in advance any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect my participation, including any known sensitivities to leather, dyes, tannins, or chemical agents.

9. Dietary and Accommodation Requirements

I understand that most meals are included in the program fee and are prepared on-site at Santa Chiara Conservatory using local ingredients. I agree to communicate any dietary requirements or food allergies at the time of registration. Seemore Global will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary needs but cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation environments.

I understand that accommodation is included in the program fee and is provided at Santa Chiara Conservatory in San Miniato. Room assignments (single or double) are made at Seemore Global's discretion based on availability and participant preference indicated at registration.

10. Intellectual Property and Media Release

I grant Seemore Global, LLC permission to use photographs, video recordings, and other media captured during the Craft the Leather Tuscan Residency 2026 for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes across all platforms including but not limited to the Seemore Global website, social media channels, and printed materials.

I retain full intellectual property rights to any original designs or creative work I produce during the program.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising from this Agreement or the program shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with arbitration conducted in Boston, Massachusetts.

The Participant agrees to waive the right to a trial by jury or participation in any class action related to this Agreement.

12. Acknowledgment

By completing registration and submitting payment, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined in this Registration & Liability Agreement. I confirm that I am entering into this Agreement voluntarily and that I am of legal age to do so.
