Every program starts with one question: what should people be able to do, know, or see differently when they come home? We build the trip around that answer: the workshops, the people, the places, the budget, the paperwork.

HOW WE WORK
Every program goes through the same three steps, in order.
Discover
A conversation about goals, students, budget and dates. We find the partners and places that fit the course, from artisan workshops to local organizations, and confirm they can host a group well.
Develop
Itinerary, partners, costs, risk and compliance, in that order. We write the program with your faculty so the learning outcomes hold up to academic review, and we prepare host partners on safety and logistics before anyone books a flight.
Deliver
On the ground with you. Housing, transport, workshop days and on-site coordination are handled so faculty can teach and students can pay attention. Afterward, a debrief and the numbers, so the next program is easier to build.

About our Founder
Kathleen Grevers has spent more than twenty years building international education programs: study abroad courses, professional workshops, and partnerships between schools in the United States and Europe. She taught at Rhode Island School of Design for seventeen years, leading courses in Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and Belgium for more than 700 students, and designed its master's program in footwear design. Since then she has directed experiential learning at Istituto Lorenzo de' Medici in Florence, led education at a college of business and design in Detroit, and teaches at Northeastern University and Lasell University.
Her background is fashion, footwear and sustainability, and much of her work has been with the people who make things: tanners, shoemakers, designers, and the educators who train them. As founding Director of Education and later interim CEO of Fashion Revolution USA, she built nonprofit initiatives with partners in Slovakia, South Africa and Zimbabwe, with grant support from the U.S. Department of State and Erasmus+.
She holds a master's degree in international relations and global studies from Northeastern University, has served on the Government Relations Committee of The Forum on Education Abroad, presented at NAFSA and The Forum, and volunteered with Diversity Abroad.
Seemore Global is the company she started to do this work directly: fewer layers, better programs, and a real seat at the table for students who are usually left out of international education.
